Friendly staf, rooms and hotel very clean. Great breakfast.
Someone came and knocked on our door in the middle of the night for about an hour. Called down to the front desk multiple times no answer. We ended up just leaving. Hotel is very nice and clean but we did not feel safe.
The breakfast was good but I like individually packaged foods in a self serving establishment. The hotel was very clean and smelled like freshly baked cookies which was very inviting! The lobby and breakfast area were nicely decorated. Very modern and pretty.
Convenient especially with airport and local shuttle

The hotel had shuttle to/from airport. Hotel was clean, lobby was inviting, staff was super nice and helpful.

Hampton Inns never disappoint. They are consistently clean and comfortable. We were traveling with our two kitties, and the experience was easy.

The hotel reservation clerk on my check in was rude, did not speak but , say name, credit card , ID and never looked away from computer did not Tell me my floor or room number , and when I asked a question she said look on the card , and walked away . She needs coaching badly about common courtesies to customers who believe in Hilton but this one is franchised on . Very different approaches to great service . The rep was named Kat! It really started my get away with a terrible experience !
Fancy Design
The room was nice and spacious. My daughter had room to run around. She loved the pool. And the breakfast was pretty good. Also liked that there were fresh baked cookies daily! That was a sweet treat.
The property was very clean, the free complimentary breakfast was amazing. The only recommendations I have is with the pool being indoors it should be heated. My overall experience still a 10.
